Hendrik Ruhe

Hendrik Ruhe has a diverse background in performance marketing, esports, and influencer marketing. With experience in managing significant esports projects in Germany, he has successfully established an influencer marketing department from the ground up. Having led a team of 6 members and collaborated with 15 exclusive influencers, Hendrik has managed substantial marketing budgets for well-known AAA companies. In 2018, he ventured into entrepreneurship by founding his marketing agency, INSTINCT3, where he continues his work in esports and influencer marketing.

Hendrik Ruhe pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management at Stenden Hogeschool Leeuwarden. His educational background compliments his practical experience in the marketing industry, providing him with a well-rounded skill set for innovative marketing strategies and campaign execution.
