With a background in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from the University of Toronto, Helsa has worked with renowned companies like Citi, BMW Group, RKS Design, Whirlpool, and Nestlé.

At Citi Ventures, she served as Senior Vice President, spearheading fintech partnerships and advocating for emerging technologies in the consumer banking sector.

Prior to her tenure at Citi, Helsa was involved in fostering design-driven innovation at BMW Group's Designworks and leading business development initiatives at RKS Design.

Helsa's expertise extends to optimizing production environments, strategic partnering, marketing, and product management, reflecting her versatile skill set.

She has also been actively involved in community service, volunteering with organizations like Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley.

Currently based in the Bay Area, Helsa is a dual citizen of Canada and the U.S., bringing a global perspective to her professional endeavors.
