Thirteen years ago, she founded Tree Comunicação, an agency that has managed accounts for prominent institutions like J.P. Morgan, Tarpon, RB Capital, and more.
Prior to founding her agency, Heloiza spent six years as a director at Máquina da Notícia, now Máquina Conh & Wolf, where she worked with notable companies including AmBev, GP Investimentos, and Itaú Seguros.
Her educational background includes a journalism degree from USP, a Business Administration degree from FIA-USP, and an MBA from FIA-USP.
She has also specialized in Finance and Economics from Fipe-USP and completed a management training program at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, focusing on topics like Teoria U and complex systems management.
Heloiza has worked on communication projects in Spain, Mexico, and the USA, as well as with numerous international companies, showcasing her fluency in English and intermediate level in Spanish.
