Heller Barroso

Heller Barroso is a Brazilian entrepreneur and attorney, currently serving as the CEO of EMPRESA BRASILEIRA DE COOPERAÇÃO TÉCNICO-MILITAR INTERNACIONAL S.A. (EMBRACOM). He has extensive experience in the international trade of military equipment, fleet management, maritime crewing, and commodities.

Under his leadership at EMBRACOM, Barroso oversees a team accredited by the OECD, focusing on the trade of controlled defense equipment and restricted ammunition from various NATO countries. His professional background includes ownership and management roles at OCV SHIP MANAGEMENT LTD and BDT TRADING CORP PLC, where he was actively involved in maritime and offshore crewing as well as commodities trading.

Barroso is also the founder of Heller Redo Barroso Advogados s/c and has previously held the position of head of Infrastructure, Energy & Defense Industry Practices at Bastos-Tigre, Coelho da Rocha, Lopes e Freitas Advogados. His legal expertise encompasses tax compliance, legal support, and immigration clearance for companies in these sectors.
