Helga Wissenbach

Helga Wissenbach is a Program Operations Specialist at the Northwest Regional Council, where she has been working since March 2020. In her role, she supports various social services programs aimed at older adults. Wissenbach has over five years of experience specifically in senior support services, including caregiving for individuals with dementia and leading engagement activities at memory care facilities.

Before joining the Northwest Regional Council, she accumulated more than 20 years of experience in project management and client services, which involved planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Her previous positions include roles such as Case Aide and Engagement Assistant, where she focused on health home programs and engagement for dementia patients, respectively.

Wissenbach holds an MBA from Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, a Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Washington, and a Home Care Aide certificate from Sunrise Services. Additionally, she has contributed to the Alzheimer Society of Washington by facilitating support groups for individuals with dementia and their caregivers.1
