Helene Chartier, B.Eng, MBA, ICD.D, is a passionate innovator with a background in engineering and a strong track record of driving transformation in both startups and large corporations through technology.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal and an MBA from INSEAD in France. Helene is a member of the boards of directors of various companies and research institutions such as Gecko Alliance, Groupe Technosub, EMKA Technologies, CRIM, and INO.

With a wealth of experience in executive leadership roles, including serving as the Executive Director of the QG100 Network and holding key positions in companies like TELUS Health, Media5 Corporation, and Alcatel-Lucent, Helene is well-versed in strategic planning, marketing, sales, and market development.

She has also been actively involved in governance, having been a Board Member at organizations like Santé Québec and holding positions on committees such as HR and Governance at Gecko Alliance, Markets & Technologies at INO, and Strategy at CRIM.
