Helena Grayston is the owner of Syltedronningen, a premium brand specializing in artisan preserves in Denmark. She holds a B.Sc in Export Engineering from Københavns Teknikum, a Certificate in Integral Coaching from New Ventures West, and completed her education at Allerød Gymnasium.
In terms of organizations, Helena has a diverse professional background. Currently, she operates as an entrepreneur and artisan preserver at Syltedronningen. She has previously worked as the owner of a small business at Syltedronningen, a project secretary at Frivillig Center Hillerød, a sylt and dessert cook at Solarex Mad og Vinhus, a project consultant at Madkulturen, a design researcher at Cisco, a research specialist at Cisco, and a program manager at both Cisco and Boeing (Argosystems), and SCI Systems. Additionally, she has interned at Teknologisk Institut and Oedegaard Danneskiold-Samsoe.
