Helena Foulkes

Helena Foulkes is a purpose-driven leader with years of experience as a CEO and senior executive in various organizations.

She served as the President of CVS Pharmacy for four years, playing a critical role in CVS's decision to exit the tobacco business.

Prior to her corporate roles, she was the CEO and board member of Hudson's Bay Company, where she led a successful business transformation.

Helena has been recognized for her professional achievements, including being named in Fortune's Most Powerful Women in Business and Fast Company's Most Creative People in Business lists.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an AB in Economics from Harvard University, and studied at Lincoln School.
