Helena Fernández

Helena Fernández is a highly educated and experienced Medical Science Liaison in Hematology at Sanofi Genzyme. She holds a Master's degree in Pharmacoeconomics/Pharmaceutical Economics from UPF Barcelona School of Management, and a Master's degree in Translational Medicine from Universitat de Barcelona. Additionally, she earned a Licentiate degree in Biomedical Sciences also from Universitat de Barcelona, and acquired further knowledge in La gestión de personas y equipos from IESE Business School.

Helena has a well-rounded work experience in the medical field, having worked as a Medical Science Liaison in Oncology and in the Medical Immunology and Medical Oncology Departments at Sanofi. Her career in medical research started with a Research Internship at Parc Científic de Barcelona. These roles have given her a vast knowledge of the medical and pharmaceutical industries, providing her with the necessary skills to offer strategic solutions to the companies she works for.

In her current role at Sanofi Genzyme, Helena has been utilizing her extensive knowledge and experience in Hematology to provide medical and scientific support to healthcare professionals, patients, and related institutions. Her primary objective includes providing scientific and medical education about Sanofi Genzyme's current and upcoming products, building credible and professional relationships, identifying insights, and gathering data-based medical perspectives to help the company keep up with the market trends.
