Her team collaborates closely with top executives such as the CTO, CXO, Product GMs, and Customer Success GMs to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies.

Under her guidance, ServiceNow has experienced significant growth, with annual revenue increasing from $5 billion to $9.5 billion.

Helen played a pivotal role in driving the ServiceNow 3-year strategy process and managing OKRs to achieve critical cross-functional priorities like the GenAI expansion.

She brings a wealth of experience from advisory roles at Fortune 500 technology companies and previous leadership positions in product management, customer success, finance, and strategy.
