Helen (Chen) Foo

Helen Foo is a renowned product leader, strategist, and advisor who has made her mark in Boston, Shanghai, Singapore, and Silicon Valley. She has spent most of her career building and investing in enterprises that embrace transparency and trust, the importance of which she has very clear in her work across domestic and international companies. Helen's extensive experience includes helping build five enterprises, contributing to over 10 start-ups' growth, leading product management and product design teams, and developing more than 10 Enterprise B2B products and platforms. With training in electrical engineering and computer science, Helen has leveraged innovative technology to build category-creating products and transform industries using web, mobile, cloud, big data, AI/NLP/machine learning, and blockchain.

Helen's commitment to the product was evident from her previous roles as Vice President of Product at Riviera Partners, Vice President of Product Management at Alation, Venture Partner at Monk's Hill Ventures, Vice President of Products at DataYes Inc., Senior Global Product Manager and Team Lead Business Analyst at Charles River Development, and Product Development Manager and Regional Manager at Akamai Technologies. Currently, she is a VC Operating Partner, Product Advisor & Investor at Shepherd's Capital and has also completed an Executive Management course at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management.
