Helen Fisun
Helen Fisun is a public health professional with a diverse background and extensive experience in research and evaluation. She holds an MPH in Global Health from The George Washington University and a BA in History from Haverford College. With five years of experience, Fisun has successfully managed and conducted evaluations on vaccination uptake and efficacy across Pacific Islands and nationwide. She is proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), STATA, RedCAP, and QDA Miner Lite, as well as having a strong understanding of public health and government policies.
Fisun's career began as a Corps Member at City Year, where she assisted in building strong school communities in high-need urban schools. She continued to work in the public health sector, holding positions such as Graduate Intern at The Campaign for Public Health Foundation, Uganda Program Development Intern at Accordia Global Health Foundation, and Global Health Intern at the National Institutes of Health. As an ASPPH Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Public Health Advisor at Synergy America, Inc., she gained unique experience and knowledge in public health research and evaluation methods.
Fisun is currently a Senior Research Manager at Ipsos, where she applies her expertise to guide research projects, develop research tools, and analyze data. Throughout her career, she has been eager to learn and grow in her field, utilizing her knowledge and skills to make an impact in the world of public health.
