Helen Brocklebank

Helen Brocklebank is an ACA qualified, dynamic, and driven M&A lead adviser with over a decade of experience specializing in delivering change and value for clients in the middle market.

Her expertise spans a wide range of UK and EMEA transactions such as Private Equity and debt-backed management buyouts, disposals, acquisitions, and development capital fundraising projects, collaborating with diverse enterprises from large corporates to owner-managed businesses.

Helen holds a Master of Arts (MA) in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford, complemented by her education at Newcastle under Lyme School.

Currently, she serves as a Partner in Mergers & Acquisitions at RSM UK and has previously worked in Audit and Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
