Helen has a robust history of serving on the boards of several prominent organizations, including Premier Inc., Rallybio, Shattuck Labs, Evaxion Biotech A/S, and Field Trip Health. Her executive roles have included Chief Operating Officer at the Bill & Melinda Gates Medical Research Institute, Chief Financial Officer at Proteostasis Therapeutics, Inc. (PTI), and Board Member with leadership responsibilities at Proteostasis Therapeutics, Inc. Helen has also held key financial positions at FORMA Therapeutics, Inc., Novartis Corporation, and Pfizer, among others.
