Heleen Snijders
Heleen Snijders is a highly accomplished individual with a strong educational background and diverse professional experience in the field of medicine. She completed her Doctor of Medicine (MD) specializing in Algemene geneeskunde at Universiteit van Amsterdam after graduating from Erasmiaans gymnasium.
Currently, Heleen serves as an AIOS Chirurgie (Surgical Resident) with a focus on colorectal surgery at Groene Hart Ziekenhuis. Her previous roles include being the Project Leader for the research initiative Nurses Know Better at the same institution, as well as holding positions such as AIOS chirurgie with a specialization in rectumchirurgie and IBD at IJsselland Ziekenhuis and AIOS vertegenwoordiger for the Regionale Opleidingscommissie regio leiden at Groene Hart Ziekenhuis.
