    Heidi Snow Cinader is the Founder and CEO of AirCraft Casualty Emotional Support Services (ACCESS) and an Author of 'Surviving Sudden Loss: Stories from those who have Lived It.'

    Following a personal tragedy in 1996 when she lost her fiancé in TWA Flight 800, Heidi realized the need for long-term, non-political grief support and thus founded the non-profit organization, ACCESS, providing care to thousands affected by air disasters and sudden loss for over 27 years.

    Heidi has demonstrated exceptional fundraising skills, securing resources through grants, capital campaigns, and large-scale events to grow ACCESS.

    Her work and organization have been widely recognized, including being featured on CNN's Most Extraordinary People and named as CNN's Global Impact charity, with appearances in major news publications and television networks.

    Heidi Snow Cinader pursued her education at Tulane University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and Mount Holyoke College.

    Apart from her role at ACCESS, Heidi has previous experience in trading at Third Point LLC and Putnam Investments.
