Heidi Lim

Heidi Lim is an environmental engineer and curious environmentalist dedicated to accelerating carbon dioxide removal for a sustainable planet.

With a background in environmental engineering, environmental science, and public policy from Harvard University, Heidi has a diverse skill set that includes start-up business development, clean tech, product management, data management, software development, photography, and design.

Passionate about environmental justice, climate change literacy, food security, LGBTQ issues, community building, and mobilizing others for impactful work, Heidi is on a mission to inspire action on climate change.

With interests ranging from sustainable living to veganism, comedy, and music, Heidi is active on social media platforms, sharing insights on climate change and reviewing meaty vegan protein options.

Currently serving as Chief Of Staff at Opus 12 Inc, Heidi has held various roles including Product Manager at Carbo Culture, Delphix, and Associate Product Manager at Delphix.

Her experience extends to strategic roles such as Program Manager in the Office of the CEO at Delphix and COO at LitPick, LLC.

Additionally, Heidi has interned in research and innovation roles at organizations like Vivint, Ruhrverband as a Ruhr Fellow, and the UCI Advanced Power and Energy Program.

Heidi's mission is to raise awareness of the importance of carbon removal and climate change, encouraging others to join the cause for a better future.
