Personal Life
Heidi grew up in Brazil, where she focused on judo as her primary sport. She is married to Jeff Bogue and has six children: Josiah, Isaac, Micah, Gabriel, Naomi, and Eli.1 Her personal journey with CrossFit began as a way to reclaim her fitness after having children, and it has since become a significant part of her life, helping her through personal challenges such as the loss of her mother to melanoma cancer.1
