Heidi Bernard is a long-standing member of the Pepperdine University community who has held various leadership roles within the institution. She began her career at Pepperdine even before graduating, working part-time for the university's Crest Associates.5 Bernard served as the Executive Director of Crest Associates at Pepperdine University from April 1985 to August 2022, a position she held for over 37 years.3
