Hege Harreschou is a seasoned professional with over twenty years of experience in the fields of UX and CX. Primarily worked as a consultant, specializing in various areas such as Strategy, Concept Development, Service Design, Interaction Design, UI Design, and Content.

Currently holding the role of UX Director at FINN, which is Norway's largest and most beloved marketplace. The focus is on expanding the organization's UX department to create the best user experience and have a positive impact on FINN's growth and success.

Hege Harreschou's educational background includes a diverse range of studies such as Examen artium in English, French, Philosophy, and Arts from Valler vgs, a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) from Kunsthøgskolen i Oslo (KHiO), Ex. phil. in the History of Western Philosophy from the University of Oslo (UiO), and Technical Drawing with a specialization in Architecture from Rud vgs.
