He has also worked alongside leadership teams at start-ups in fields such as martech, edtech, fintech, data science, AI, and blockchain.

Hector's areas of expertise include digital product and tech strategy for transformation, agile product and service development for fast ROI, content and comms strategy for brand resonance, commercialization of R&D for new routes to market, appropriate use of data for better customer LTV, brand positioning for cultural change, and product and go-to-market strategy for rapid growth.
