    Hebin Lin is an accomplished individual with a strong academic background in environmental studies, development policy, and public administration. He holds a PhD in Global Environmental Studies from Kyoto University, an MA in Development Policy from Hiroshima University, and a BA in Public Administration from Renmin University of China.

    Throughout his career, Hebin has been involved in various research and academic roles. He has worked as a Researcher at the International Lake Environment Committee Foundation and at the Research Institute for Humanity and Nature. Additionally, he served as a (Part-time) Director for Asia and the Pacific at the Non-Profit organization International Environmental Services Management Ltd, indicative of his commitment to environmental causes.
