    VP/Dean, Moravian Theological Seminary and Lancaster Theological Seminary

    Heather Vacek is a renowned author, with her notable work 'Madness: Protestant Responses to Mental Illness' published by Baylor in 2015. She holds a Th.D. in American Religious History and Theology from Duke Divinity School, where she also completed her M.Div. She furthered her education at Northwestern University, acquiring a dual degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Masters in Engineering Management (MEM), in addition to a Bachelor of Science (BS) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Industrial Engineering and Economics.

    Heather has held key positions in academia, serving as the VP/Dean at Moravian Theological Seminary and Lancaster Theological Seminary. Prior to that, she was the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of Faculty, as well as an Associate Professor of Church History at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. She also has experience as an Assistant Professor of Church History at the same institution.
