Heather Turney-Navaei is a seasoned innovation manager with extensive experience in building communities and teams that empower curious people to solve user problems. With a passion for human-centered practices, Heather has partnered with world-renowned brands such as Nationwide, Porsche Cars North America, The Coca-Cola Company, and The Disney Company to solve complex problems and make ideas real.

Heather holds a Certificate in Innovation Management from Georgia Institute of Technology, an MA in Education from Michigan State University, and a background in International Studies and French from Seattle University.

Throughout her career, Heather has held various positions, including Director of Transformational Product Innovation at Nationwide, Innovation Consultant/Product Manager at Nationwide, Culture & Innovation Manager at Porsche Cars North America, and Senior Manager, Strategy and Sustainability Marketing at Havas Sports & Entertainment. She also served as the Founder and Executive Director of the Global Team and the Member Services and Outreach Coordinator at Washington Youth Soccer, among other roles.

In all her endeavors, Heather sees the value of collaborative teams and intentionally designed processes and environments built on trust as key to creating change and solving messy problems.
