She has held various leadership roles in educational organizations, including serving as the Executive Director of Schools at Bellevue School District, Director of Accelerated Programs, Choice, and Innovation at Lake Washington School District, and as a School Principal at Riverview School District and Bellevue School District. Additionally, Heather has experience as the Professional Development Director at Poudre School District, Professional Development Coordinator at Academy School District 20, and has served as an Instructional Coach, Gifted Coordinator, and Classroom Teacher in New Mexico and Colorado Public Schools.
