Heather Redman is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in product, finance, operations, strategy, and legal roles across varying industries.

As the Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Flying Fish Partners, she specializes in investing in AI, machine learning, and robotics companies.

Heather has held key positions at top companies, including serving as the general counsel at Photodisc and Getty Images where she led the latter to a successful IPO at the young age of 32.

Her career includes significant stints at Summit Power in c-suite roles focusing on renewable energy and project finance, followed by a return to tech in an operations role at Indix, before co-founding a venture firm focusing on seed investments in AI companies.

With a JD from Stanford and a BA from Reed, Heather is recognized for her expertise and leadership, having received accolades such as Director of the Year in 2019 and being named to the Power 100 in 2020, 2021, and 2022 by the Puget Sound Business Journal.

Heather is actively involved in various industry and civic boards, including the Washington Technology Industry Association, the Greater Seattle Chamber, Institute of Systems Biology, the Hawthorn Club, Technology Alliance, Ruckelshaus Center, and Washington State University.
