Heather Pruger

Heather Pruger is the General Counsel of the Perseus Operating Group of Constellation Software, with a background in law and a strong involvement in various organizations.

She holds a JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, a BS in Legal Studies and English from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and studied English at Montgomery College.

Heather has previously served in key legal roles, including as General Counsel at Perseus Group within Constellation Software and as Corporate Legal Counsel at Sinclair Broadcast Group.

Her experience also includes working as a Corporate/M&A Attorney at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP, Corporate/M&A and Employment Attorney at Saul Ewing LLP, and as a Judicial Law Clerk to Magistrate Judge Susan K. Gauvey at the U.S. District Court, District of Maryland.

Additionally, she has held positions as a Summer Associate at Saul Ewing LLP and as a Paralegal at Independent Contractor, Birch, Horton, Bittner & Cherot, and Andalman & Flynn.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Heather Pruger is a dedicated mother of two and is actively involved in triathlons and trail running.
