Heather Palmer

Heather Palmer is an experienced and accomplished senior recruiter, with a strong expertise in talent acquisition and human resources. She has several years of experience in recruiting for companies of different sizes and industries, ranging from startups to established corporations.

Heather studied at Utah State University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and her Master of Science in Human Resources. She began her career as a human resources intern at Devry University and then worked her way up as a recruiting specialist for Iggys Foods LLC. After that, she joined Overstock.com as a corporate recruiter and then as a senior recruiter before moving on to Instructure, where she worked as a senior contract recruiter and then as a talent acquisition lead.

Most recently, Heather founded Eg Consulting, where she is the owner and senior recruiter. Her company specializes in providing full-cycle recruiting solutions for startups and small businesses. Heather is a results-driven professional who is passionate about helping companies find and retain the right talent that aligns with their business objectives and culture.
