Heather Mason

Heather Mason is the Founder and CEO of The Impact Lounge, an initiative focused on uniting filmmakers and social good visionaries, particularly at events like the Sundance Film Festival. She has a robust background in strategic event planning, having previously founded Caspian Agency in 2005, where she developed a scientifically-based approach to event management, known as the Caspian 10 Essentials™. This methodology emphasizes strategic discipline and creativity in producing impactful events for various organizations, including the Skoll World Forum and the Rockefeller Foundation.12
