Heather Kwant stands as a top executive and Co-President of Gerrie Electric Wholesale Limited, one of the most significant independent electrical distributors in Canada. With over 30 years of experience with the company, Heather has established herself as a leader in the Industrial, OEM, Commercial, Contractor, and Institutional markets, focusing on passionately helping customers become as successful as they can be. Heather attended Gordon E Perdue Highschool followed by Wilfrid Laurier University, where she studied a Bachelor of Arts in Geography.

Heather's impressive career includes several high-profile board positions and advisory roles. She served as Chairperson of the Canadian Divisional Board - Electrical Supply Division at Affiliated Distributors and the Chairperson of the Electrical Supply and Distribution Council at Electro-Federation Canada (EFC). She also served on the board of directors for TigerTel, Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital Foundation, and Electro-Federation Canada. Additionally, Heather was a former Spousal Forum Chair and Treasurer on the Board of Directors for YPO Ontario Chapter, an organization for young presidents. Through these roles, Heather fostered relationships and gained insight into the industry that helped her lead Gerrie Electric Wholesale Limited to become a sought-after global supplier and solution provider.
