Heather Ingram, MBA, is a consultant, coach, and author who designs for flow and happiness in individuals, executives, and organizations. Her work focuses on solving burnout, unconscious bias, and process trauma through experiential learning and wellness practices. Ingram earned her MBA from Yale School of Management and BA from Haverford College. She is the Founder of MATAGI Ventures and formerly worked as Manager, Strategic Innovations: Data & Analytics at KPMG, Senior Marketing Coordinator at Malcolm Pirnie, and Director: LEAP at Yale University.
