Throughout her career, Heather has held key leadership positions in various organizations. She is currently the CEO of HBG Strategies, LLC. Previously, she served as a consultant at the Fiber Broadband Association, President & CEO of the Fiber Broadband Association, President & CEO of the Fiber to the Home Council Americas, SVP External Affairs & Access Management at XO Communications, VP-Industry Affairs at Intermedia Communications, Inc., and President of the Association for Local Telecommunications Services.
