Heather Lynn Feather

Heather Feather is a supply chain and customer service expert, with a background that includes a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine, and an MBA in Information Systems and Operations from the University of Pittsburgh - Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business. She has spent the majority of her career at Giant Eagle, Inc., where she worked as Director of eCommerce Technology Systems and held several other positions within the company, including Program Manager of eCommerce Operations, Senior Digital Product Manager of eCommerce, and Business Analyst. Prior to Giant Eagle, Heather worked for Pepsi Beverages Company in several supply chain-related roles, including Supply Chain Master Planner, Supply Planner, and Product Availability Supervisor. Her specialties include long-term planning, customer service, cross-functional problem-solving, network sourcing, and supply chain information technology.
