Heather brings a wealth of experience in product development, eCommerce, tech support, copywriting, social media, and administration. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion/Religious Studies and French Language & Literature from the University of Rochester, Heather has always had an interest in exploring and understanding different cultures and belief systems. She has honed her leadership and communication skills in various professional roles, including Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager at Front Range Services / Regional Transportation District, Head Baker at Milk & Cake, and Head Chef / Head Baker at Lori's Natural Foods Center.

Currently, Heather serves as the Head of International Products Division at Sai Maa LLC, where she oversees product development and eCommerce, among other responsibilities. As a jack-of-all-trades, Heather excels at aligning and cooperating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of company goals.
