Heather Blanchard is an accomplished professional who has excelled in various fields. Blanchard studied at the University of California, Davis, where she earned a B.A.S. and an M.S. degree. With over two decades of experience, she has held several leadership positions, including Senior Director, Medical Care Programs at Blue Shield of California.

Before her time at Blue Shield, Blanchard worked as a Tae Bo Fitness Instructor at ClubSport San Ramon, where she developed excellent communication and management skills. Blanchard has also held various project manager roles with Xpedior, Babcock & Brown, and IBM. Furthermore, Blanchard worked as a software engineer with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE).
