Hazrul has worked as a Backend Team Leader and Project Manager at Stream Media, a Singtel-invested fintech payment aggregator. He has also been the CEO of ALM Group, an e-commerce SaaS, and agency, sold to iCommerce. Additionally, he has worked as the Director of Technology at iCommerce, a logistics-tech startup, where they served clients like Amazon and Alibaba. Hazrul's background also includes being the CTO of Halalonclick, a food and groceries delivery tech, where they also served clients like Amazon and Equinix.

As a T-Shaped Agile Product Leader, Hazrul is well-versed in various skills in Frontend, Backend, Design, and Business. He has been a 5x founder and has held positions such as CEO, CTO, and Director of Technology.
