With a combination of Big 4 and industry-specific accounting expertise, Hazem has collaborated with a range of public and private companies within the technology sector including Software, SaaS, biotech, and hardware.

His skill set includes proficiency in various financial aspects such as month-end close, cash management, technical accounting, M&A, system implementation, audit readiness, SEC reporting, IPO, and revenue recognition. Hazem Elnahas holds a CPA qualification and has studied accounting and finance at the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Cairo University.

With an extensive professional history, Hazem has held key roles at reputable organizations.
