He has a successful track record as a general manager in Myanmar and a product leader at Carousell, showcasing his proficiency in P&L management, general management, data analytics, and operational improvement.

With a background as an ex-BCG management consultant and holding an MBA from INSEAD along with a computer engineering degree from UC Berkeley, Haywood brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

Beyond his operational roles, Haywood is also an experienced seed-stage startup investor and has a deep understanding of industries such as mobile marketplaces, eCommerce, travel, and two-sided marketplaces.
