Hayley Yates is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background across various industries.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (hons) degree in Business Studies from The Nottingham Trent University.

Hayley started her career at McDonald's Corporation as a Shift Manager before transitioning to roles at Northamptonshire Police Force, where she served as Control Room Operator, Systems Administrator, Intelligence Officer, and Crime Analyst.

Following her tenure at the police force, she worked at Travis Perkins as a Senior Marketing Analyst and at RS Components in roles such as Digital Analyst, Lead Insight Delivery Analyst, and Senior Analyst - Digital Reporting.

Currently, Hayley serves as a Digital Analytics Manager at BGL Group and previously held the position of Digital Reporting Manager within the same organization.
