Hayley Jayne is an accomplished global People + Culture leader and HR executive with expertise in the start-up space, ranging from pre-seed to series C stages. Her portfolio spans multiple industries and includes designing, facilitating, and leading small to large-scale people operations development, cultural cultivation, and business transformation.

With over a decade of experience, Jayne has successfully served, consulted, and partnered with companies of all shapes, sizes, and geolocations. She has a background in supporting startups from very early stages of development to later-stage environments that require more organizational sophistication, change management, cultural maturity, functional refinement, and preparation for hyper-growth and fundraising series.

Jayne's recent achievements include being Briq's first Head of People + Culture, where she led and managed their 260% people growth trajectory that drove 330% revenue and new client growth in 2020. She defined and executed global strategies to cultivate intentional culture, build and retain exceptional talent, and expand people and business operations globally.
