Haylee M. Deniston, CPA, is a process improvement expert with a strong background in accounting and a focus on connecting data and tasks to business objectives.

With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, International Business, Spanish, and Psychology from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, and additional studies in Spanish and International Business from the University of Seville, Haylee brings a diverse educational background to her work.

Currently serving as a Sr. Consultant at Navint Partners, Haylee has held various roles in companies such as Badger Daylighting Corp, Hurco Companies, Inc., EY, WestRock Company, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Amsted Industries, and Deloitte.

Her experience ranges from internal audit to financial analysis, with a strong focus on process improvement and connecting individual tasks to overarching company goals.

Haylee's expertise lies in preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and studying accounting regulations for disclosures. She excels in visualizing complex data to drive value creation within departments and cross-functionally.
