Having also obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Economics and International Studies from The Ohio State University, Hayden Young has a strong academic foundation in diverse fields.

Currently, Hayden serves as an Associate in Analytics Solutions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where expertise in data analysis and problem-solving are key to success.

Prior to this role, Hayden gained valuable experience as a Management Development Intern at PPG Industries, showcasing a commitment to continuous growth and development.

With a history at Capital One, Hayden has held various positions including Principal Business Analyst, Sr. Operations Analyst, and Operations Analyst, demonstrating a versatile skill set in the financial sector.
