- Provided usability consulting based on qualitative data gathered from focus groups, in-depth user interviews, surveys, and diary studies.
- Designed survey and interview questions to effectively collect the information that customers are looking to get. 
- Provided localization service to help customers to reach their target users faster. 
- Conducted week-log diary study for social gaming app to improve the quality of user experience and helped to rank No.1 in US App store.
