•  Conducted a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the use of the Secretary’s Supplemental Priorities from 2006-2020 by discretionary grant competitions, including compiling and analyzing a dataset of 250+ grant competitions and conducting stakeholder interviews with program staff from each principal office component across the Department.
• Authored a report for the Grants Policy Office and Department leadership summarizing key findings on the use and effectiveness of the Secretary’s Supplemental Priorities and providing recommendations to inform updates to the Department’s policies.
