Haskell Noyes is an international development professional with over 15 years of personnel and program management experience. He is skilled at forging relationships across diverse stakeholders, improving processes, and achieving results.

Haskell has a Master's of Arts in International Business and Policy from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Wisconsin.

Throughout his career, Haskell has focused on leading teams in implementing international development initiatives in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, particularly in the areas of food security and poverty alleviation.
