With a background in entrepreneurship and research, Harsha has successfully established two startups and accumulated over 12 years of experience in engineering services and product-oriented businesses across Europe and India.

He currently holds the role of Chief Executive Officer at AKKA India, where he is leading the team and driving digital and technological transformation to propel the company's growth in India.

Harsha's educational journey includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in research related to Autonomous vehicles and ADAS from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), along with master's and bachelor's degrees in Automotive Systems and Electrical & Electronics Engineering, respectively.

Throughout his career, Harsha has held various key positions in prominent organizations like MBtech Group GmbH & Co. KGaA, Voith GmbH, Steinbeis-Transferzentrum Systemtechnik, Brain Robots, Quatrol, SUN R&D LABS PRIVATE LIMITED, and Funtronics India, showcasing his versatility and expertise in artificial intelligence, big data analytics, car electronics, and more.
