In 1998, Harry took a significant step in his career by co-founding Springer Danz & Bockelman, Inc. (SDB, Inc.), a search firm dedicated to serving the staffing needs of businesses. Under his leadership, the firm expanded its offerings considerably, launching Temporary Avenue, LLC in 2001 to address the local temporary staffing market in accounting, finance, and administration.
Recognizing the growing demand for specialized services, Harry led the development of two additional entities in 2004: HRology, LLC, an HR consulting firm, and Biopreneurs, LLC, which focuses on staffing solutions in the life sciences sector. This diversification showcased Harry’s forward-thinking approach and his commitment to meeting evolving industry needs.
In January 2005, SDB, Inc. rebranded as That’s Good HR to better reflect the interconnected services offered through its multiple entities. Under Harry’s leadership, the company achieved remarkable growth and success, culminating in a shareholder buyout he led in December 2005, and again in October 2007. By 2017, Harry redeemed his majority interest in That’s Good HR, marking another pivotal point in his career.
