I worked on a daily basis with clients to understand technical needs and market trends, while working with candidates to perform talent assessments to make a suitable match for all involved. Areas of focus include:-Providing full life cycle recruiting efforts including: Job order qualification with hiring managers, implementation of recruiting strategies, conducting both in person and phone interview screenings, candidate presentation, presenting offers\​closing candidates, and post hire follow-up.-Meeting and exceeding company driven weekly KPIs (key performance indicators) for interviews, send-outs, job order fills, revenue and gross profit.-Recruiting on multiple roles for various clients on a daily basis, meeting deadlines while dealing with budget restrictions.
