Harris Sheikh

Harris Sheikh is an Investment Analyst at Sound Point Capital Management, LP, where he joined in 2023. He currently serves as a Managing Director on the Sector Research team, focusing on the Auto and Industrial sectors. Prior to his role at Sound Point, Sheikh was a Senior Credit Analyst at Assured Investment Management from 2019 until its acquisition by Sound Point in July 2023. His career also includes significant experience at Prospect Capital, where he concentrated on first and second lien investments in the broadly syndicated loan market, and at Silver Point Capital, where he analyzed public and private credit investments as well as distressed situations. He began his career in the restructuring group at Prudential Private Capital.

Sheikh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Rutgers University.123
