Harriett Chambers is a senior member of the banking team, specializing in Corporate Finance and M&A jobs. She collaborates with a diverse set of clients ranging from major international investment banks to mid-market banks and boutique firms.

With a wealth of experience in corporate finance advisory, M&A, and investment banking, Harriett has a profound understanding of various financial instruments and funds like direct lending funds, mezzanine funds, CLO funds, and more.

Her expertise extends to front office debt, corporate banking, financial modeling, restructuring, DCM, and other financial domains. She excels in areas like loan syndication, portfolio management, and securitization.

Harriett Chambers pursued her education at Newstead Wood School and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Durham University. She brings her academic achievements to complement her practical experience in banking and finance.

Previously, Harriett held roles as a Consultant in Corporate Finance & Credit / Debt Funds and as a Researcher at Walker Hamill, showcasing her hands-on experience in the industry.
